Haunted Hayride

Groups of guests will be taken via Chocobo carriage and Chocobo porter through the winding path from The Bannock to Haukke Manor, experiencing the haunts and tales of the mysterious Black Shroud. An informal introduction to the history of the area will be accompanied by three spooky skits encountered along the way.

Groups will depart every 30 minutes, starting at 8:15 EST.

The Hayride line is by the bridge west of Bannock (20, 17) in front of Itara Irispyre. Message Itara if you have concerns or questions, we will attempt to accommodate everyone.

🎃 IMPORTANT🎃
Due to the Chocobo carriage’s limited capacity, some guests will be asked the /follow along on a ‘Chocobo porter.’ So, if you can, please make sure your Chocobo is out of stables. Pairs will also be allowed to ride together on two-person chocobos. Characters without riding unlocked will be given priority in carts.

RP among guests is encouraged during the ride but not required. Feel free to comment on what you see and hear!

Festival

At Bannock proper, a Harvest Festival will be ongoing for those to enjoy before and after the Hayride. Here you will find food and drink, games, dancing, and a costume contest!

Lantern Light will be starting the Festival with a performance. Please join them dance area to begin your spooky evening!

All vendors, game prices are in character unless otherwise stated. Tips are always appreciated but never expected.

How to Play

Hands are held behind the back, and you will stick your face in a bucket of water, which contains a selection of apples. You get three chances to grab an apple in your mouth!

Prizes are awarded based on the number of apples caught

If you get an apple on all three attempts, you get a fourth chance to win a special prize!

How to Play

Are you the strongest in Eorzea? Well, then prove it!

Can you hit the striking dummy hard enough to ring the bell? If you can, you'll get a prize!

You can choose to hit the dummy with a stick or your own fists. Hit the highest possible mark (999) and win a special prize!

*Striking dummy is not necessarily a true test of strength. Results may be off by order of magnitude... or two.

Challenge your friends to a friendly archery game! Groups of up to 7 will compete against each other to see who can shoot the best with only 3 arrows*!
